The location was excellent - just across the street from the river and hot mineral pools and a short walk to shops along the main thoroughfare. Soft water. Comfy side and desk chairs. In-room cable tv offered a local station that highlighted local events and shops, which was very helpful.
If I have to be critical, the only thing I can come up with--and this is a stretch--is that the window was a little smudged. Not even worth mentioning. I couldn't find anything negative about our stay at all.

Nothing is far away from any room. Even the furtherest room was not an inconvenience to the amenities of the hotel.
Check in/out clerk spent too much time with a couple of single men (without spouses, if married) causing a long line of guests waiting behind to be checked in. Being friendly and getting the customer checked in/ out in a timely matter is a good thing. But carrying on a conversation about yourself (showing off tatoos) and interests (drinking & partying) should be withheld from the check-in & out of guests. Not professional!!

friendly, efficient, courteous staff. good restaurant, breakfast-deal and service.
not a complaint, but one question on the booking i made through Booked.net / Booked.net for the room: i made the reservation then called your front desk there at the hotel for confirmation. the man confirmed there was a reservation for me on the credit card used. but when i arrived at the hotel that night the front desk clerk could find no record of my reservation.? he put forth effort to find it, even called Booked.net, but never found it. my only concern was that i not be charged twice on the credit card.

The breakfast was a great way to start the day! They had amazing fresh fruit and a variety of cereal. the hotel was very close to local attractions and restaurants. It was the perfect location for exploring the town. Lastly, the staff was very friendly and made sure that we had everything that we needed during our stay.
The hotel could use some more attention to details. Our room was not the cleanest and we had to ask for things such as towels and a working coffee maker.

Location. Friendly staff. The Deluxe Room we stayed in was quiet. I liked having the large refrigerator too.
The TV reception on most of the channels was very poor. The mattresses are mushy. The included breakfast is mediocre.

The breakfast was quite satisfactory and had decent options to choose from. the location was convenient for holiday activities. the room was spacious and had a balcony with a nice view.
The pool was unsecured and local kids would come in and disrupt the peace. the coffee maker didn't work and it was a hassle to get it replaced.

The price was the best in town and we are on a restricted budget so we appreciated that.
The continental breakfast was very disappointing. A very poor selection of foods and what was offered was not very good. I would rate it about a 2 out of 10.
